My personal teaching-learning style would follow experiential design of curriculum. Experiential curriculum broadly refers to the curriculum which fosters the type of educational processes which encourage and encage students to obtain knowledge through a cycle of direct experience, reflection and analysis of behavior. Moreover, it could also be stated that, children learn best when they are directly involved with the teaching-learning process. While teaching in classroom, I would rather focus on making the students thoroughly engaged within the educational process, which would help the children to learn in an effective way. Sharing stories and real experiences with the students, therefore could also work in an effective manner.
